Femme Forward is a forward-looking project tackling the low representation of women in digital jobs and start-ups. Through an innovative and comprehensive training program, women from different backgrounds will be empowered to begin a career in technology or use their experience and knowledge to create a technology start-up.

​WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
The program is aimed at different profiles of women:

women of diverse origins (notably migrant women whose qualifications are not recognized in the EU)

young graduates of non-technological training

women with a tech business idea

women who re-enter the labor market after maternity
NOTRE APPROCHE
​Women will have the choice between two programs: the Tech Founder program for those who wish to launch into digital entrepreneurship and the tech career program for those who wish to embark on a career in tech
8 interconnected training modules, during which 4 promotions of max. 15 women provided over 24 months. At the end of the cycle, women obtain an AWS certification that can be used in the job market.

Tech Founder :
The Future Start-up Founder Program empowers participants to take a start-up idea to a viable business by learning and applying key principles of innovation. Participants will exchange ideas with each other and participate in workshops on various topics. The objective is to develop a marketable and investable product.

Tech Career :
The Future Tech Career program aims to equip participants with digital skills and more specifically in cyber security, necessary to eliminate barriers to women's entry into the IT sector and to prepare for the job market in order to get jobs in the cybersecurity and cloud sector. Learners will also be prepared for the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
​The Femme Forward consortium is a 17-stakeholder partnership bringing together key players from industry, technology and education in Europe, funded by Amazon and the European Fund.
